Orchidea is a reflection of Michelle Welchons' bringing home musical and life experiences from abroad. A multi-instrumentalist with a focus on percussion, Michelle, out of a love for rhythm and groove, created the project to explore traditional songs and foreign concepts as foundations for new ideas, supported by the harmonic constructs of Western music. With the help of some incredible musicians, there is "Orchidea."
